EIEIO & Company was established in 1995 as a purely Négociant pursuit and has since grown into fully bonded winery number 333. Jay McDonald produces only Pinot noir, sourcing fruit from some of Oregon’s most reputable vineyards, currently including Broadley, Canary Hill, Meredith Mitchell and Wind Hill. Tours of the winery are by appointment only, but the wine is always available to taste off-premise at The Tasting Room in Carlton, located in downtown Carlton.
