Harry Peterson-Nedry began the first vineyard on Ribbon Ridge in 1980 at the Ridgecrest Vineyards site. From 22 year-old vines in the 2002 vintage, Harry began releasing annually a tiny amount of the best Pinot noir possible from this site. One wine, fewer than 750 cases, intense, dark and highly structured. Tiny name, tiny AVA, tiny quantities—-a big wine with a big impact.
