The rolling hillside of lush vineyards were established in 1973 and the first wines produced in 1978 with the emphasis always being on quality to produce 100% estate grown sparkling wines, Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, Fumé blanc, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer and dessert wines.
