Founded by Tony and Michelle Soter in 1997, Soter Vineyards strives to produce limited quantities of Pinot Noir, Sparkling wine, and Cabernet Franc with an emphasis on ecologically managed, estate-grown fruit. Their vineyard, Mineral Springs, is located on their 240-acre ranch east of the town of Carlton, on Mineral Springs Road. This is also the site of their winery facility. Closed to the public, tastings are available by advance appointment only.
