Founded by Tony and Michelle Soter in 1997, Soter Vineyards strives to produce limited quantities of Pinot Noir, Sparkling wine, and Cabernet Franc with an emphasis on ecologically managed, estate-grown fruit. Their vineyard, Mineral Springs, is located on their 240-acre ranch east of the town of Carlton, on Mineral Springs Road. This is also the site of their winery facility.
