The Foundation is applying with the IRS for qualification under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If the IRS approves the application, the Foundation will provide you with notice of the IRS’s determination and your current contribution will be deductible as a charitable contribution to the extent allowed by law.
