Rooted in the collaborative spirit of Oregon's early wine innovators, the Willamette Valley Wine Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the homes, health, and livelihoods of workers in wine-growing communities.

LEVERAGING OUR IMPACT
We have made great strides in supporting the Willamette Valley workforce, including:
Affordable Housing at Stratus Village in McMinnville - Provided support and resources, offering a stable foundation for families, including 16 units specifically for agricultural workers.
Licensed Childcare Education Training - Launched childcare educator business training program in October 2025 in Independence, Oregon with partners CAPACES Leadership Institute, Child Care Resource & Referral, and the City of Independence.
Early Learning Literacy Resources - Provided 60 childcare educators with high-quality, bilingual literacy resource kits with partners Primeros Pasos Consortium.
Scholarships - Facilitated the funding of three student cohorts at Clackamas Community College in bilingual Early Childhood Education and Family Studies.
Child Care Providers - Helped license more than 20 providers of Family Child Care Homes, with partners Primeros Pasos Consortium.
