JOIN US

Rooted in the spirit of Oregon's early wine innovators, the Willamette Valley Wine Foundation (WVWF) enhances the lives of workers in our wine region through community collaboration.

Our efforts are fueled by a longstanding collective commitment to nurturing a sustainable and thriving wine-growing community where every family has access to culturally sensitive solutions in four key areas:

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

HEALTHCARE SERVICES

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & CARE

PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

LEVERAGING OUR IMPACT

We have made great strides in supporting the Willamette Valley workforce, including:

Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators: In the Summer of 2026, WVWF partnered with the Oregon Wine Brotherhood in supporting CAPACES Leadership Institute and its work to strengthen and empower Oregon's agricultural communities by contributing $10,000 to help advance important work supporting professional development for early childhood educators.

Affordable Housing at Stratus Village in McMinnville - Provided support and resources, offering a stable foundation for families, including 16 units specifically for agricultural workers.

Licensed Childcare Education Training - Launched childcare educator business training program in October 2025 in Independence, Oregon with partners CAPACES Leadership Institute, Child Care Resource & Referral, and the City of Independence.

Early Learning Literacy Resources - Helped provide 60 childcare educators with high-quality, bilingual literacy resource kits with partners Primeros Pasos Consortium.

Scholarships - Facilitated the funding of three student cohorts at Clackamas Community College in bilingual Early Childhood Education and Family Studies.
