HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM THE #WVCELLARSEASON MARKETING EFFORTS
Willamette Valley Cellar Season is the best time of year to focus your marketing efforts indoors. Highlight barrel tastings and cellar tours, feature your tasting room fireplace, or promote indoor event spaces during the months when tourism inherently slows.
There is no cost for members to participate in The Cellar Season marketing promotion. Simply submit your events and special offers and they will automatically be included in our promotions via the website, email marketing, and social media.
There are FIVE ways to participate in this campaign. The more content you post, the more visitors you will have to your WVWA listing and your website. You can track your traffic on WV Portal under My Benefits.
Please contact Membership Manager Julie Dalrymple with any questions.

Use #wvcellarseason and @wvwines in posts on your social channels so that we can re-share and add them to our social streams. (Reminder: You must tag us @wvwines in your instagram stories for us to be able to share them!) The hashtags #wvwines is always ongoing, so use that, too.
We are especially seeking high-quality photos that depict cozy fireplaces and comfy, indoor spaces. Send Julie your high-quality original (not linked from Instagram) photos. Remember that authenticity is the key to great social media. Be yourself and speak for yourself.

NEW! PERKS FOR LOCALS
We have a new category for special offers called Perks for Locals! We encourage you to have fun with this and come up with a creative or quirky special offer for people who live in Oregon—a surprise pour, random discount, locals' day, etc. Post it to WV Portal and tag “Perks for Locals” as the category.
Submit your offers through the WV Member Portal.
SPECIAL OFFERS: Select Collateral > Special Offers.
Of course, any and all special offers are welcome (and encouraged) so don't be afraid to create more than one!

Our audience can't get enough of your recipes. Send a recipe (please send the text if possible, rather than a pdf or screenshot) and a high-quality original photo to Julie, ideally with a wine pairing and a brief explanation of how this dish came about or why you like it.
PSST! If you don't have a high quality pic, don't sweat it! We will access our stock image library and include a photo of one of the main ingredients.
