OUR IMPACT
SEE HOW YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY
At the Willamette Valley Wine Foundation, we channel the generosity of our donors into impactful projects across affordable housing, healthcare, education, and personal development. Here’s how we’re transforming lives together:
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
BUILDING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES ▸
Addressing the critical need for affordable housing, we have supported initiatives like the Stratus Village Project, which will provide 175 units of affordable housing in McMinnville. Funded partly through $6.2 million in Agricultural Workforce Housing Tax Credits, these homes offer a stable foundation for families, including 16 units specifically for agricultural workers.
IMPACT
- Stratus Village Agricultural Worker Housing
In the Winter of 2026, WVWF funded a multilayered outreach effort, working with Unidos Bridging Community, to connect Spanish-speaking agricultural worker families with available housing, including:- A dedicated Spanish speaking navigator providing one-on-one guidance on applications
- On-site open house for over fifty prospective renter families
- Advertising via Spanish-language radio, social media, and email
- In-person outreach at agricultural workplaces, small businesses, and community events
- Assessment of Needs
- WVWF partnered with Unidos Bridging Community to develop an Agricultural Worker Needs Assessment Survey to shape future service offerings. A pilot of the survey was conducted at an open house for the new Stratus Village in McMinnville.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & CARE
SHAPING FUTURES THROUGH EARLY EDUCATION ▸
Through our Primeros Pasos partnership, we are helping to establish Childcare Homes within affordable housing communities. This initiative supports the training and incentivizing of early childhood educators, directly impacting young learners and their families.

PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
EMPOWERING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH ▸
We invest in programs that prepare individuals for viable careers and personal growth. Initiatives like our partnerships with Clackamas Community College facilitate pathways for early childhood education, while savings programs match funds for community members aiming to achieve significant personal goals.

HEALTHCARE
EXPANDING ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE ▸
In collaboration with local institutions like Chemeketa Community College, we are training the next generation of community health workers to provide culturally competent care.
