IN BLOOM
APRIL - JUNE
How to get the most from the #wvinbloom marketing efforts.
Willamette Valley In Bloom is the opening of Wine Country's high season and all it brings: budbreak & vineyard updates, pink wine releases, and the opening of travel season.
There is no cost for members to participate in the Willamette Valley In Bloom marketing promotion. Simply submit your events and special offers and they will automatically be included in our promotions via the website, email marketing, and social media.
There are several ways to participate in this campaign. The more content you post, the more visitors you will have to your WVWA listing and your website. You can track your traffic on WV Portal under My Benefits.
Please contact Membership & Partnerships Manager, Brittany Wooten, with any questions.
-
Tag @wvwines in posts on your social channels so that we can re-share and add them to our social streams. The hashtag #wvwines is always ongoing, so use that, too.
We are especially seeking high-quality photos that depict spring and summer outdoor action: vineyard walks, outdoor events, picnics, and spring growth among the vines. Remember that authenticity is the key to great social media. Be yourself and speak for yourself.

Submit your events and special offers through the WV Member Portal.
EVENTS: Select Collateral > Calendar of Events, and select all applicable categories, including "In Bloom".
SPECIAL OFFERS: Select Collateral > Special Offers.
Be sure to tag your special offers and events with "Willamette Valley in Bloom," WVWA's targeted campaign for March and April.

Our audience can't get enough of your recipes. Submit your text-format recipe via this form. Please include a wine pairing so we can link directly the shop page of your website, making it easy for consumers to purchase. In a perfect world, we'd love to have a hi-res picture of the finished product, but if you don't have a high-quality pic, don't sweat it! We will access our stock image library and include a photo of one of the main ingredients.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS
It's a good idea to anticipate the upcoming campaign and make sure your WVWA website profile is consistently up-to-date the week prior to the send date. Call-to-action links are included in each outgoing campaign and lead to curated listing pages that speak to specific email content. Updated profiles are statistically more likely to get "clicks" and "likes". Maintaining your business profile means increased traffic for your website and business.
