Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are gluten-free and a favorite in A Blooming Hill’s tasting room.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Mix all ingredients very well so the dough starts to look a little dry. Roll dough into balls and smush down with a fork to make the hatch marks.

  2. Bake on parchment paper or silicon sheets on a baking pan at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool on the pan. Move onto a wire tray to harden up a little bit. Enjoy.
