The Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion (DEBI) Task Force formed in 2019 with the stated goal to advocate for diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity opportunities for our members and trade and consumer audiences of our programs. The DEBI Task Force maintains a resource toolkit for members, a business diversity pledge to help wine country businesses take stock of their current workplace structures and set quantifiable goals, a book club, and seasonal discussion groups where members can learn and discuss a wide range of topics in community.
