Q. ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING NEW IN THE CELLAR THIS YEAR?
We have a new must pump that will allow us to move fruit and finished musts more gently, as well as do larger scale fermentations that we could not previously! Really excited!

Q. WHAT DO YOU FIND TO BE THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF HARVEST?
Keeping everything straight when its close to the end and you are exhausted! Bless family and interns! :)

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY TRICKS FOR STAYING ORGANIZED DURING THE MOST DEMANDING DAYS?
Write it all down! Giant Whiteboards are super helpful, and having team debriefs at the start of the day keeps everyone on the same page.

Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE APPROACHING THEIR FIRST HARVEST?
Go slow, be patient with your learning and ASK A MILLION QUESTIONS! Oh and have fun!
