Cranberry Brie Crescent Tartlet
PAIRED WITH: Brooks Extended Tirage Sparkling Riesling
1. Heat oven to 350° F
2. Spray a mini muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
3. Roll out crescent dough and cut into 24 squares.
4. Place one piece of dough in the bottom of muffin tin, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, cubed brie, chopped pecans and small spring of rosemary.
5. Bake until the crescent dough is golden, about 15 minutes.
